Mikayla Deigan Awarded NSF Graduate Research Fellowship
We are pleased to share that Mikayla Deigan, a senior geology student in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences has been awarded a prestigious National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship! Out of 12,000 applicants each year, only 2,000 receive this esteemed recognition. With over 72 years of history, NSF has awarded 46,500 students, drawing from a pool of over 500,000 applicants.
Additionally, we are proud to announce that Caden Williams has received an Honorable Mention, and EPS alum Danielle Kinkel also received an Honorable Mention. We would like to congratulate these dedicated individuals in their commendable achievements.
